Refund Policy

RETURNS/RESELECTIONS 

Dream Home Furniture hereby establishes its policy of no cancellation and no refund. All exchanges and cancellations are subject to the approval of a manager. A restocking fee of 20% shall be applied to all returns of regular stock furniture. Returns of Special Order items shall be limited to instances of transit damage or manufacturer defect exclusively. Returns of Special Order items based on customer preference, misfitting, or any other rationale shall not be entertained. Dream Home Furniture explicitly disallows returns of mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products. Dream Home Furniture retains the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in pristine condition due to customer-inflicted damage or misuse. In the event that returned items necessitate pickup from your residence, a pickup fee shall be levied. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable. Prices paid at the time of purchase are deemed final. Refunds for purchases made in cash or by check shall be disbursed via mailed check following a period of ten (10) business days from the receipt of the returned merchandise. Refunds for credit card transactions shall be credited to the respective account within three (3) business days. Should you opt to reselect alternative furniture, you are required to visit our office at 1010 S Broadway St, Ste C, Santa Maria, CA 93454 within three (3) days of the original purchase. Reselections of regular stock items of equal or greater value shall incur a restocking fee of 15% in addition to a redelivery fee. Reselections of regular stock items of lesser value shall incur a restocking fee of 10% alongside an additional redelivery fee. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be in a pristine condition and retained in their original packaging (it is imperative that the product is not assembled or altered in any manner).

Should your item be delivered in a damaged or defective state, we are pleased to facilitate a swift replacement. Kindly reach out to our service department at 805-922-3000 for assistance in navigating the procedure.

1. Please reach out to a member of the service department to commence the return process by dialing 805-922-3000.

2. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be allocated to you, which is indispensable for the facilitation of the return procedure.

3. The item may be returned to 1010 S Broadway St Ste C Santa Maria CA 93454. It is imperative to include the RMA number for accurate processing when returning the item to our office located at 1010 Broadway St Ste C Santa Maria CA 93454.
